Hosting a Painting Party
Hosts who are private individuals:
These parties are hosted by individuals, rather than a commercial venue. Individuals sometimes host their party in a commercial venue, like a wine bar, or in their home or private clubhouse. Painting parties work well for bridal showers, birthday parties, ladies night out, team building, clubs looking for a way to celebrate, and children's events.
Hosts who are venues: i.e. wine bars, restaurants
Hopefully, this event will bring more traffic to your establishment. Our clients like to have fun and ordering wine, tapas and hors d'oeuvres is natural at our parties, which number 5 to 20 depending on the size of your establishment. You will make more money if you have a waiter available to walk around and take orders. Our goal is to hold these parties at your establishment on a regular basis if you approve. We announce this event through our website, Facebook events, and sometimes distribute door hangers.

Costs vary depending on who is setting up the event.

What the host provides:
- Tables: Host provides all the tables. One 5' x 2.5' table is enough space for two to four painters.
- Chairs: One chair for each attendee. Straight back dining room style chairs work best so painter can easily pull up to the table and work.
- Light: A well lit area is necessary for the painters to see their canvas and the instructor's canvas. We can bring spot lights if necessary.
- Five pitchers of water.
